How long does shipping take?
All physical products are made to order (print-on-demand). Production and shipping times vary depending on the product category and destination.
Apparel (T-shirts, Tank Tops, Hoodies & Similar Products)
- Germany: Production & Shipping approx. 3–5 business days
- Europe: Production & Shipping approx. 7–12 business days
- Northern Europe & Switzerland: Production & Shipping approx. 7–18 business days
Caps
- Germany, Europe, Northern Europe & Switzerland: Production & Shipping approx. 6–16 business days
These are estimated production and shipping times, not guaranteed delivery dates. Delays caused by production partners, shipping carriers, customs processing, or seasonal demand may occasionally occur and are beyond our control.
Do you offer refunds or returns?
Personalized products are made specifically according to your individual specifications and generally cannot be returned or cancelled under the statutory right of withdrawal. Your statutory rights in the event of defective or faulty products remain unaffected.
For digital products, the statutory right of withdrawal may expire once you have expressly agreed to the immediate delivery of the digital content and confirmed that you lose your right of withdrawal as a result.
Are digital products delivered instantly?
Yes. Digital products are available for immediate download after purchase or are delivered via email, depending on the product.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders can only be changed or cancelled within a short time after purchase, as production begins quickly. Once your personalized product has entered production, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.
Where are your products made?
Our products are produced on demand through trusted fulfillment partners. Depending on the product and destination, production takes place at different fulfillment facilities.
