1. Scope

These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through the online store amari.the.store.

2. Conclusion of Contract

The presentation of products in the online store does not constitute a legally binding offer, but an invitation to place an order.

By submitting an order, you make a binding offer to purchase the goods in your cart. The contract is concluded once we confirm your order via email.

 

3. Prices and Payment

All prices include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Payment is due immediately upon conclusion of the contract.

We accept the payment methods displayed during the checkout process, including Shopify Payments, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna, and other available payment options.

 

4. Shipping and Delivery

Products are delivered to the address provided by the customer.

All physical products are made to order (print-on-demand).

Shipping costs are included in the product price unless otherwise stated.

Delivery times depend on the product category and destination and are displayed during the checkout process.

 

5. Personalized Products

Personalized products are manufactured according to the customer's individual specifications or are clearly tailored to their personal needs.

Therefore, the statutory right of withdrawal does not apply to such products, where permitted by applicable consumer protection laws.

 

6. Digital Products

Digital products are delivered electronically.

Upon purchase, the customer receives a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use only.

Resale, distribution, modification, or commercial use of the digital content is not permitted.

By purchasing digital content, the customer expressly agrees that delivery begins immediately and acknowledges that the statutory right of withdrawal expires once performance has begun, where permitted by applicable law.

 

7. Warranty

Statutory warranty rights apply.

 

8. Liability

We are fully liable for damages resulting from injury to life, body, or health.

For other damages, we are liable only in cases of intent or gross negligence.

In cases of slight negligence, we are only liable for the breach of essential contractual obligations (cardinal obligations).

 

9. Retention of Title

Goods remain our property until full payment has been received.

 

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).

If you are a consumer, this choice of law applies only to the extent that it does not deprive you of the protection afforded by mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence.
